SHIPPING & RETURNS - FREE SHIPPING

Standard Ground shipping is free of charge to all 48 contiguous states for nearly all products on our site. For standard ground shipping we use UPS and Fed Ex. These shipments will be delivered to your door. For items too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS or Fed Ex, we use freight companies such as CEVA Logistics, ABF, UPS-SCS, Roadway and USF Holland. In this case, the freight company may call you to arrange a delivery time, especially in the case of residential delivery.

For very heavy products, you may want to coordinate some friends to come help upon delivery. Expedited options are available in most cases - please contact us at sales@projectordiscountstore.com with your requirements. Keep in mind that for products with a manufacturing lead time, expedited shipping will only speed up the shipment phase, not the manufacturing phase. ALASKA/HAWAII/ Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping, but we do offer discounted rates to your regions. Please contact us at sales@projectordiscountstore.com for a shipping quote FACTORY DIRECT SHIPPING All products ship direct from the Da-Lite or Draper factory to you. By doing this, we can offer better product selection at lower prices. LEAD TIMES Most products are made-to-order at the factory, so a manufacturing lead time applies. WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY ORDER? / ORDER STATUS DEFINITIONS*  Order processed by our staff and is in process at the manufacturer's factory in Indiana Shipped --> Manufacturer has completed your order and has shipped it directly to you. TRACKING NUMBERS As soon as your order ships, you will be notified and given a tracking number SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES Once shipped, with standard ground shipping your order will be delivered within 1-5 days depending on your location.

 RETURNS INFO 30 DAY RETURN POLICY For any reason, within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, simply return the product to us for a refund. All we ask is that you ship the product at your expense with all original packaging and documentation.

Contact us first for a return authorization number and return instructions. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. SHIPPING DAMAGE It's very important that you inspect your screen immediately after receipt, even if you won't be installing it right away. It's very rare, but if your screen does arrive damaged let us know immediately so we can file a damage claim and get you a replacement shipped ASAP. Please keep all original packaging materials since the shipping company will need to inspect and retrieve the damaged product. MANUFACTURING AND WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS All screens and accessories sold on our website are manufactured by American companies who stand behind their products. As such, all products are covered by a 1 year or longer warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
